Job summary

Toast is expanding its Retail platform and seeks a Retail Account Executive to build relationships with convenience stores, grocery stores, and bottle shops. You will prospect, demo, and close accounts in an assigned geographic territory with a consultative, entrepreneurial approach.

You will partner with teams across the business to ensure delivery meets expectations, leverage Salesforce for all activities, and travel ~25%+ as needed in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative approach to prospect, build relationships, and sign up new convenience stores, grocery stores and bottle shops.
• Generate lists of prospective stores and manage the full sales cycle from initial call to close.
• Conduct demos and tailor solutions to prospect needs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure delivery meets sales expectations.
• Leverage Salesforce to manage all sales activities.
• Understand the competitive landscape and position Toast effectively.
