Job summary

Toast is expanding into the retail vertical with a new Toast Retail platform. As a Retail Account Executive, you will join a founding team to prospect, build relationships, and sign up convenience stores, grocery stores and bottle shops in your territory.

Use a consultative approach to develop customized solutions, demonstrate value, and drive adoption. Travel 25%+ and leverage Salesforce to manage activities and deliver on commitments.

• Strong communication, organizational and presentation skills with ability to sell at all decision levels.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team environment.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative approach to prospect and sign up new convenience stores, grocery stores and bottle shops.
• Generate lists of prospects and manage full sales cycle from call to close.
• Conduct demos and tailor solutions to prospect needs.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure delivery meets expectations.
• Leverage Salesforce to manage sales activities.
• Understand competition and position Toast effectively in the market.
