Job summary

CITGO Petroleum Corporation is seeking a Senior Retail Technology Manager to oversee the Back End Architecture infrastructure and the Payment Card Operations landscape across 4,300+ CITGO locations. The role leads SAP program management, PCO analytics, and BI solutions, ensuring secure and compliant card processing and optimal technology investments.

The incumbent will drive the S/4 SAP roadmap, manage a large team, and collaborate with IT, Marketing, and external partners to sustain CITGO's

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor's Degree.
15+ years SAP experience in relevant field.
Proficiency with Power BI and Power Automate.

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and enhancement of payment card technologies and POS interfaces.
Direct back-end architecture analysis and improvements across Settlement and POS.
Document processes and build a knowledge base for the team.
Collaborate with IT, Marketing and Customer Service for seamless integrations.
Serve as SME for digital tools and PCI data lake integrations.
Attend industry events and manage vendor relationships.
Oversee POS processing solutions and roadmap alignment with CITGO goals.
Lead Retail Technology Team staffing, budgets, and HR policy adherence.
