Job summary

CITGO Petroleum Corporation, Houston, seeks a strategic Manager of S&M Process Optimization to drive value through analytics and automation. You will lead a team, collaborate with IT, and prioritize initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce cost, and grow revenue using CITGO data platforms.

The role demands a strong background in business performance, process optimization, and stakeholder management, with hands-on problem solving across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required; Master’s preferred.
• Significant experience in business performance, process optimization and analytics.
• Proven ability to drive compliance programs and governance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across IT and business.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing process optimization team leveraging Power Apps and Power Platform.
• Drive transformation initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce cost and mitigate risk.
• Partner with Supply & Marketing and IT to deploy analytics, automation, and data solutions.
• Shape long-term technology and tool adoption aligned with enterprise priorities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and governance standards.
