You will partner with Supply & Marketing and IT to optimize processes, reduce cost, and support revenue growth.

The ideal candidate combines leadership with advanced analytical skills and a track record of delivering business value in complex environments, with remote options available where eligible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
• 13 years with a Bachelor's degree; 11 years with a Master's degree.
• Experience driving business performance improvement, process optimization, analytics initiatives, and compliance programs.
• Preferred experience in Supply & Marketing and/or the energy sector.
• Proven leadership managing cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a high-performing team leveraging CITGO tech to foster continuous improvement.
• Act as a visible change leader and drive adoption of optimization initiatives across the organization.
• Partner with Supply & Marketing stakeholders to deliver measurable business value using existing systems and data.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and grow revenue.
• Assess and deconstruct complex processes with quantitative analysis to identify inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with IT to enable advanced analytics and scalable automation.
• Shape future optimization strategies in partnership with IT and enterprise priorities.
• Stay ahead by researching technologies and industry best practices.
