Specialized Bicycle Components seeks a Manager, Retail Technology & Integrations to lead a team supporting owned stores and dealer integrations in Morgan Hill, CA. Qualifications

• 5+ years leading Business Analysts or similar tech teams.
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools like JIRA/Confluence.
• Excellent written and verbal communications; technical writing a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate needs into tech outcomes.
• Ability to debug and solution complex implementations.
• High initiative and cross-functional collaboration capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Business Analysts and Support teammates.
• Shape and manage the 3-5 year retail technology roadmap with cross-functional input.
• Oversee reliability and supportability of POS, store websites, payments, Wi-Fi, and alarms.
• Ensure solutions are tested, documented, and ready for launch with clear ownership.
• Create and maintain playbooks, training materials, and release communications.
