Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Retail Services Experience Manager to lead Geek Squad services across a micro-market of local stores in Colorado. You will ensure efficient staffing and deliver exceptional customer experiences in computer and cellphone repair and car electronics installations, while driving employee development and performance management.

The role focuses on leading multi-store teams, analyzing performance data, coaching leaders, and driving revenue growth through tailored leadership

Qualifications

• 1 year of supervisory/manager experience in business, military or related fields.
• 2 years of sales or customer service experience.
• 1 year of experience managing and reviewing operational expenses and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Oversee repairs and car installations to maximize efficiency and customer experiences.
• Provide work direction, ongoing training, career development and performance management to Geek Squad Agents and supervisors in the micro-market.
• Analyze reporting and performance indicators to identify gaps and lead the team to improve results.
• Coach and develop leaders and Geek Squad Agents to meet or exceed their role expectations and support their career goals.
• Drive revenue and operating income growth by tailoring leadership to each location’s needs.
