Job summary

Best Buy in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Retail Services Experience Supervisor to oversee Geek Squad service operations for repairs and installations. You will partner with store leadership to identify opportunities, implement plans and drive priorities for best-in-class experiences for employees and customers.

You’ll optimize staffing, coach employees, manage key metrics and perform MOD duties as required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of leadership experience or 6 months as a Best Buy shift lead.
• Experience in sales, customer service or related fields.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Optimize schedules to staff stores efficiently for great customer experiences.
• Provide work direction, training, career development and performance management.
• Manage and achieve metrics such as customer satisfaction, turn time, productivity and revenue.
