Job summary

Victra is seeking a part-time Sales Support Representative to deliver world-class service in our retail store. You’ll support sales, merchandise, and operations while connecting guests with Verizon products and services.

You’ll contribute to a positive, memorable in-store experience and help drive guest satisfaction. You should have 1+ year of customer service, be able to work evenings/weekends/holidays, and be at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or service environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak season.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with product benefits and recommendations.
• Support store operations, merchandising, and cleanliness.
• Deliver outstanding guest service and build personal connections.
• Handle customer interactions and account reviews during busy periods.
• Participate in training and onboarding to ensure readiness.
