• Helping customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay their bills in the store.
• Answering questions on services, making changes to account data, upgrading levels of service, processing general requests.
• Acting as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Providing expert-level understanding around technology and Comcast products.
• Maintaining detailed sales product knowledge and staying informed on competitive information.
