Job summary

Comcast Xfinity retail teams are seeking energetic associates to engage customers, demonstrate products, and drive sales. You will deliver excellent service, onboard customers, and resolve issues with supervision.

Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and store hours is required to succeed. You will act as a brand ambassador, promote services, and expand your product knowledge to support customers’ everyday needs with enthusiasm and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Able to lift 25-pound boxes and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Engaging customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience.
• Providing outstanding customer service with all customer interactions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction through follow-up and service excellence.
• Help customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay their bills in the store.
• Answer questions about services, make changes to account data, upgrade levels of service, and process general service requests.
• Act as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Provide expert-level understanding and passion around technology, especially Comcast products and services.
• Maintain detailed sales product knowledge and competitive information.
• Contribute to a fun and competitive environment connecting products to customers’ lifestyles.
• Adhere to retail policies ensuring a professional store environment.
