Job summary

Comcast is seeking a retail associate to engage customers in store, demonstrate product features, and provide outstanding service. You will help customers navigate billing questions, upgrade services, and promote Comcast/Xfinity offerings.

The role requires a High School Diploma, willingness to work evenings/weekends/holidays, and the ability to lift boxes. We offer day-one benefits, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and a competitive compensation package with uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Engaging customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience.
• Providing outstanding customer service with all customer interactions.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction through follow-up and service excellence.
• Helping customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay their bills in the store.
• Answering questions on current or new services, making changes to account data, and processing service requests.
