Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays flexibility may be needed.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with enthusiasm and demonstrate product features.
• Provide outstanding customer service in all interactions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and follow up for service excellence.
• Assist customers with account statements and bill payments in-store.
• Answer questions on current or new services and update account data.
• Promote Comcast/Xfinity products as brand ambassador.
