You will interpret account statements, assist with payments, answer questions about services, and promote Comcast products as a brand ambassador. On-the-job training and uncapped commissions accompany a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Regular, punctual attendance is expected.
• Ability to lift and move 25-pound boxes and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with enthusiasm and demonstrate product features.
• Provide outstanding customer service with all interactions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and follow up for service excellence.
• Assist customers with account statements and bill payments in-store.
• Answer questions on services, make changes to account data, and upgrade levels as needed.
• Promote Comcast/Xfinity products as a brand ambassador.
• Maintain detailed product knowledge and competitive information.
• Contribute to a fun, competitive store environment and connect products to customers’ lifestyles.
