Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25-pound boxes.

Responsibilities

• Engaging customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features.
• Providing outstanding customer service with all interactions.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and following up for service excellence.
• Helping customers interpret and pay bills in-store.
• Answering questions on services, updating account data and upgrades.
• Acting as brand ambassador for Comcast/Xfinity products.
