Job summary

Comcast in Joliet, IL seeks an energetic in-store sales associate to engage customers, demo features, and explain product options to enhance their shopping experience. You will provide outstanding service, meet or exceed sales targets, and help customers interpret account information and pay bills in-store.

You will be a brand ambassador for Comcast/Xfinity, maintain up-to-date product knowledge, and adhere to retail policies to keep a professional store environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED (Required).
• Adjusting to a flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Engaging customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features.
• Providing outstanding customer service with all interactions.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction through follow-up and service excellence.
• Helping customers interpret account statements and pay bills in the store.
• Answering questions on services, making changes to account data, upgrading levels of service, and processing service requests.
• Acting as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Maintaining detailed product knowledge and staying informed on competition.
• Contributing to a fun and competitive environment and connecting products to customers’ lifestyles.
