Job summary

Comcast is seeking a retail sales professional to engage customers, explain product features, and provide outstanding service in a storefront setting in Joliet, IL. The role includes meeting sales targets, interpreting account details, and assisting customers with billing and service changes.

You will promote Comcast/Xfinity products, act as a brand ambassador, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology and services. A flexible schedule and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes, and move around the store constantly.

Responsibilities

• Engaging customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience.
• Providing outstanding customer service with all customer interactions.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction through diligent follow-up and service excellence.
• Helping customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay their bills in the store.
• Answering questions on current or new services, updating account data, upgrading levels of service, and processing service requests.
• Acting as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Providing expert-level understanding and passion around technology, especially Comcast products and services.
• Maintaining detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information.
• Contributing to a fun and competitive environment.
