Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel Cancun is seeking a Retail Supervisor to guide guests through the shopping experience in The Rock Shop. You will act as tour guide, communicator, entertainer, memorabilia curator and musician to create a memorable guest journey.

Responsibilities include leading a frontline team, maintaining expert product knowledge, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly, safely and profitably in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 4 years dining experience with 2+ years supervisory in F&B.
• Or Bachelor's degree in Restaurant Management or related field.
• Must obtain and maintain licenses/certifications per Federal, State and ERGC Gaming regulations.
• Must successfully pass background check.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor team to provide superior guest service.
• Balance staffing levels and labor costs to run the operation efficiently.
• Open/close the retail store with another manager in the building.
• Prepare The Rock Shop and team for opening and ensure readiness.
• Design visual merchandise displays to increase foot traffic and sales.
• Ensure safety, sanitation and security procedures are followed.
