Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to interact with customers and fellow team members, support selling initiatives, and perform assigned tasks while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience. Qualifications

• Experience: No experience required; retail or farming knowledge preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; reading, writing and counting ability required.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and team members; deliver Legendary Customer Experience.
• Operate cash register and handle cash procedures.
• Assist customers with loading purchases; participate in merchandising and price changes.
• Perform housekeeping, stocking, and forklift/baler operations where allowed by age.
