Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to interact with customers and team members, support selling initiatives, and perform assigned tasks while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

You will help customers, stock shelves, operate the cash register, and participate in merchandising, safety training, and pet/bird care as needed. Flexibility is important: shifts may include days, nights, weekends and overtime to meet store needs.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail or farming knowledge is strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Reading, writing and counting accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied hours including nights and weekends.
• Greet the customer and uncover needs.
• Operate cash register and handle cash procedures.
• Complete merchandising plans and assemble merchandise.
• Ensure a Legendary customer experience and safety with birds/poultry.
