The role includes unloading trucks, stocking shelves, and maintaining planograms to keep the store well merchandised. You will engage customers in rewards programs, assist with omnichannel tasks like BOPIS and Ship From Store, and participate in inventory recovery and safety programs.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and assist shoppers in-store.
• Ensure fast and friendly checkout experience and accurate cash handling.
• Unloading trucks and stocking; maintain merchandise and planograms (POGs).
• Engage customers with rewards programs and credit card enrollment.
• Support Omni-channel processes like BOPIS and Ship From Store.
• Assist with in-store recovery and inventory, including SISO and AD sets.
• Follow SOPs and company policies; maintain a positive, respectful environment.
