Job summary

Big R Stores is hiring Team Members to join the N. Colorado Springs store. The role involves welcoming customers, answering questions, stocking shelves, and assisting across departments such as Cashier, Clothing, Receiver, Sporting Goods, Tack & Feed, and Yard.

You’ll handle transactions, help customers locate products, and maintain store appearance. The position requires reliability, a positive attitude, and willingness to work weekends with a rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers as they enter the building and as you come into contact with them throughout the store.
• Listen to their needs and respond to questions or concerns in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
• Strive to create a positive experience by being attentive, patient, and respectful, offering accurate information, and going above and beyond to meet customer expectations.
• Address issues promptly with support from a manager to find effective solutions and ensure customers feel valued and satisfied with the service received.
• Stock and organize products by replenishing shelves and displays, labeling, rotating products, and placing items in designated locations.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and well-organized sales floor, check for damaged or expired products, and communicate low-stock items to management.
• Process customer transactions with computer systems and assist customers with product availability and loyalty accounts.
• General cleaning and upkeep of all areas of the store; use clear, pleasant and professional communication on phones, radios, and PA system.
