Job summary

Big R Stores in Santa Fe seeks a Team Member to engage customers, stock shelves, and process transactions across departments. You’ll help create a welcoming, efficient shopping experience while supporting store operations and maintaining clean, organized displays.

This is a full-time role with weekend availability and growth opportunities. The position requires on-site work in a multi-department environment, including cash handling, loyalty setup, and customer assistance.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of all department's products is desired.
• Must be able to work weekends with a rotating schedule.
• Age requirements apply for certain positions (16+; some roles require 18/21).

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers as they enter the store and assist throughout
• Respond to customer questions in a friendly, timely manner
• Create a positive experience by being attentive and helpful
• Address issues with management support to resolve customer concerns
• Stock and organize products, replenish shelves, monitor inventory, maintain neat displays
• Process customer transactions and assist with product availability checks
• Manage customer loyalty accounts
• General cleaning and upkeep of store areas
• Communicate clearly via phones, radios, and PA announcements
