Job summary

Big R Stores in Conifer, CO is seeking Team Members across multiple departments including Cashier, Clothing, Receiver, Sporting Goods, Tack & Feed, and Yard. You will greet customers and assist them with questions, helping to locate products and provide friendly service.

You will also stock shelves, process transactions, support Loyalty accounts, and maintain a clean, organized store environment. Starting wage is based on experience with scheduling to include weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers as they enter the building and as you come into contact with them throughout the store.
• Listening to their needs and responding to their questions or concerns in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
• Strive to create a positive experience by attentive, patient, and respectful service, offering accurate information and meeting customer expectations.
• Address issues promptly with support from management to find effective solutions and ensure customers feel valued.
• Stock and organize products: replenish shelves, rotate stock, label displays, and keep the sales floor neat and organized.
