Responsibilities

• Welcome customers as they enter the building and as you come into contact with them throughout the store.
• Listening to their needs and responding to their questions or concerns in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
• Strive to create a positive experience by attentive, patient, and respectful, offering accurate information, and going above and beyond to meet customer expectations.
• Address issues promptly with support from a member of management to find effective solutions and ensure customers feel valued, appreciated, and satisfied with the service they receive.
• Stock and organize products by ensuring shelves and displays are consistently replenished, neatly arranged, and properly labeled.
• Monitor inventory levels, rotate products to maintain freshness and quality, and place items in their designated locations to make them easy for customers to find.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and well-organized sales floor, check for damaged or expired products, and communicate low-stock items to a member of management.
• Work efficiently to keep products readily available, improve the overall shopping experience, and maintain an attractive and organized store environment.
• Computer operations are used for processing customer transactions, assist customers with their needs such as looking up products for availability for purchase, and customer loyalty account setup.
• General cleaning and upkeep of all areas of the store as assigned.
• Use clear, pleasant and professional methods of communication when answering phones, 2-way radio calls, making announcements over the PA system.
