Job summary

Big R Stores is seeking a Team Member to assist in multiple departments and provide friendly, efficient service to customers. You will stock shelves, help customers find products, process transactions, and support daily store operations.

This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced retail environment. Strong work ethic and flexibility to handle weekend shifts are important, as is adherence to safety and store policies.

Qualifications

• No degree required.
• Must be able to work weekends with rotating schedule.
• Age requirements: 16+; 18+ or 21+ for certain positions.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the store and assist throughout their visit.
• Listen to needs and respond in a friendly, professional manner.
• Strive to create a positive shopping experience and meet customer expectations.
• Address issues with management support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stock and organize product displays, monitor inventory, and keep shelves neat and labeled.
• Process customer transactions and assist with product lookups and loyalty accounts.
• Maintain store cleanliness and promptly communicate low-stock items to management.
