Job summary

Michaels is looking for a store team member to deliver friendly customer service, help customers find products, and ensure a quick and friendly checkout experience. The role includes unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, and maintaining store recovery to uphold our Brand Promises.

Team members engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, enroll customers, and participate in omnichannel processes to support Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand long periods and lift heavy boxes.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience and cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers with rewards program enrollments and private label card signups.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking and planogram (POG) processes.
• Maintain in-stock, merchandised store and perform store recovery tasks.
