Job summary

Family Farm and Home is seeking a team member to help maintain store appearance, stock products, and assist customers with a friendly, service-oriented approach. You will operate the POS, participate in promotions, and support daily tasks across receiving, back stock, and merchandising.

The role requires the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays, and the physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Stock products and manage back stock areas.
• Assist with store appearance, recovery, and product assembly.
• Operate cash register and handle cash procedures.
• Assist customers in-store and online, and process special orders.
• Support signage, pricing changes, and promotions as directed.
