Job summary

Family Farm and Home is seeking a Team Member to support daily store operations, assist customers, stock shelves, and maintain storefront appearance in a fast-paced environment. You will greet customers, process transactions at the POS, and help sign up customers for programs.

This role requires flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays, the ability to stand for long periods, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Promote Family Farm and Home mission statement and family values.
• Executes daily operational goals and priorities assigned by store management.
• Greets customers and assists in-store and online orders.
• Stock products and maintain back stock areas.
• Assist in setting up promotional signage and price changes.
• Maintain cleanliness of sales floor and store areas.
• Operate POS to checkout customers and follow cash handling procedures.
