Job summary

Family Farm and Home is seeking a Team Member to support daily store operations, assist customers, stock shelves, operate the POS system, and help maintain a clean and welcoming shopping environment. You will participate in promotions, sign changes, and daily task completion while upholding company values and safety standards.

Candidates should be able to work weekends and holidays, communicate effectively, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Team Members must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

• Must have knowledge of basic computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Promote mission and family values.
• Execute daily operational goals and priorities.
• Greet customers and assist in-store, online, and special orders.
• Use POS to checkout and follow cash handling procedures.
• Maintain store cleanliness and signage as directed.
• Assist in stocking, back stock, and display assembly.
• Support store audits and safety measures.
• Operate forklift/pallet jack where allowed and safe.
