Job summary

Alabama Goodwill Industries is seeking a Retail Team Member to support daily store operations at Decatur, AL. You will assist customers, process transactions, stock and merchandise shelves, and maintain store cleanliness.

Qualified candidates will have retail/cashier experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Prefer retail and/or cashier experience.
• Able to use a cash register, calculator, and credit card processing machine and give correct change.
• Demonstrate good judgment in selecting items for sale.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service and assist with day-to-day sales floor operations.
• Stock shelves, rotate and display merchandise, and ensure clean, safe work area.
• Handle essential cash register operations and ensure accurate end-of-shift cash balances.
