Job summary

OSF HealthCare is seeking a friendly gift shop team member to deliver exceptional guest service and keep the shop organized and welcoming. You will assist customers, help maintain stock and cleanliness, and support daily operations under supervision.

The position is hourly with pay between $17.00 and $18.89 per hour, reflecting experience and internal equity. A High School diploma is preferred, and basic computer skills are expected. Microsoft Office proficiency is a plus.

Expected pay for this position is $17.00 - $18.89/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is an Hourly position.

Overview

POSITION SUMMARY: Provide excellent customer services to guests of the gift shop. Provide support to supervisor and Pperform tasks that ensure a smooth operation to include check in inventory, open and close shop, maintain a clean environment, and restock available items as needed.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience: 6 months retail experience

Other skills/knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: High School Graduate or equivalent.

Experience: Experience in retail

Other skills/knowledge: Exceptional customer service and organizational skills. Basic computer skills to include Microsoft office applications.
