Qualifications

• Previous experience in specialty retail management preferred.

• Act as a TPS Champion by modeling the G.U.E.S.T. service approach and delivering World Class Service.
• Greet and welcome every customer warmly.
• Understand customer needs and ask open-ended questions.
• Explain product features and benefits related to customer needs.
• Suggest additional items to build onto sales.
• Build customer loyalty by being friendly and respectful.
• Inspire and motivate the team daily with feedback and recognition.
• Assist Store Team Leader and cover in their absence.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure operational compliance.
• Open/close store, manage POS, and coordinate schedules.
