Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in specialty retail management is preferred.
• Flexibile schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS Systems.
• Ability to lead and train teams.

Responsibilities

• Model the G.U.E.S.T. service approach to deliver World Class Service.
• Greet and welcome every customer with enthusiasm.
• Understand customer needs by asking open-ended questions.
• Explain product features and benefits related to customer needs.
• Suggest additional items to build sales using effective techniques.
• Maintain a positive work environment and assist with store leadership tasks.
• Build customer loyalty by being friendly, attentive and respectful.
• Inspire and motivate the team through feedback and TPS recognition programs.
• Contribute to compliance with policies and protect confidential information.
• Back up Store Team Leader and perform duties in their absence.
• Manage store operations, payroll budgets, and scheduling.
• Open/close the store and oversee POS operations.
• Support hiring and staff development efforts.
• Train/coach associates and department managers across tasks.
