Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in specialty retail management is preferred.
• Able to lead change and build a team environment.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as TPS Champion by modeling the GUEST service approach and delivering World Class Service.
• Greet and welcome every customer warmly.
• Understand customer needs by asking open-ended questions.
• Explain product features and benefits related to customer needs.
• Suggest additional items to build onto sales using effective selling techniques.
• Thank the customer and invite them to return and shop again.
• Be a TPS Brand Ambassador.
• Build customer loyalty by being friendly and attentive.
