Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Rotational assignments across store areas help with broad knowledge.
• Ability to communicate clear directions to the team.
• Ability to resolve conflicts by addressing root causes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and analyze financial data.

Responsibilities

• Staff, select, and hire to meet staffing needs.
• Promote succession planning with career paths and development.
• Document disciplinary actions and advise on discharge decisions.
• Manage P&L, achieve sales, and maintain shrink in the department.
• Provide exceptional, friendly customer service and leadership.
• Mentor and coach team to exceed sales goals and maintain standards.
• Ensure thorough training and consistent attendance.
• Operate within store settings and ensure safety.
