Verizon is hiring for a store leadership role where you will inspire a sales team and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a retail environment. You’ll drive sales goals, manage merchandising, and develop staff to achieve quotas while ensuring store operations run smoothly and securely.

You’ll lead by example, coaching employees, resolving issues, and optimizing staffing, inventory, and customer service standards.

Qualifikationen

• Associate’s degree or two or more years of work experience.
• Three or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to work additional shifts during peak vacation periods.

Aufgaben

• Lead your team by resolving customer issues and assisting with customer transactions.
• Inspire, train, and coach your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Identify selling skill gaps, then create and implement development plans to meet sales metrics and quotas.
• Lead store operations (staffing, reporting, cash handling, compliance, and coordinating with Facilities/Network/IT).
• Monitor inventory and maintain store cleanliness and security of devices.
• Oversee merchandising and planogram compliance per company standards.
• Complete store opening and closing activities.
