Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or leadership within retail or wireless environments.
• 1-2 years in customer service or leadership roles.
• Management experience in a commission-based sales environment.
• Proven history of achieving sales goals.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Drive personal and team sales through the EGET sales process.
• Lead and mentor your team to deliver outstanding customer experience.
• Set daily/weekly/monthly goals and monitor performance.
• Manage store operations, inventory, and store compliance.
• Coach staff to resolve customer issues and close transactions.
• Open/close duties and ensure brand standards.
