Wilbert's, INC in Williamson, NY is seeking a full-time Retail Supervisor to lead and motivate a diverse team during each shift. You will promote a safe, productive, and positive work environment while ensuring department goals are met and operations run smoothly.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and teamwork, with the ability to train staff, manage performance, handle inventory and safety procedures, and coordinate with management to drive excellent customer

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Experience in a supervisory or team-lead role preferred.
Experience in the automotive industry preferred.
Ability to read safety rules and procedure manuals.

Responsabilités

Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
Monitor team performance and report to management.
Assist with interview process, onboarding, and annual reviews; provide feedback.
Motivate team members and recognize high performance.
Identify training needs and provide coaching and guidance.
Listen to team feedback and resolve conflicts.
Coordinate with other team leaders to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.
Follow all safety policies and attend location safety meetings.
