Wilbert's U-Pull It Williamson, NY is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations, schedules, safety, and quality control. This role acts as a bridge between staff and management, coaching and resolving issues while maintaining service standards.

The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined with a background in automotive operations, holds a high school diploma (GED) and a valid driver's license, and is forklift-certified.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience or knowledge in the automotive industry.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily operations and coordinate staff schedules.
• Monitor performance and coach for safety and quality.
• Serve as first point of contact for routine questions.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new hires.
