Meijer Inc. is seeking a store leadership professional to supervise day-to-day operations, mentor team members, and drive sales while meeting customer needs. You will ensure efficient staffing, coaching, and compliance with company standards to deliver excellent service.

The role emphasizes coaching, operational control, and the development of team members across departments, with a focus on safety, attendance, and effective communication in a fast-paced retail environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Rotational assignments in other areas of the store can be helpful.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly with team members.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience analyzing financial data to drive decisions.
• Experience teaching suggestive selling and leading teams.
