Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience; one year of management experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly to team members and resolve conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise daily operations across store departments.
• Mentor and coach team members to meet customer service and sales goals.
• Handle staffing, selection and hiring to meet needs and ensure coverage.
• Manage disciplinary actions and performance issues as needed.
• Oversee P&L, sales, and shrink within the department.
• Ensure training completion and adherence to Meijer standards.
