Job summary

James Avery Artisan Jewelry is seeking a Store Supervisor to assist management with in-store supervision and to provide exceptional customer service at our The Vineyard location in San Antonio, TX. You will lead associates on the sales floor, greet guests, resolve issues, and support inventory and daily store operations.

The role emphasizes guest service, staff training, and collaboration with the Retail Store Leadership Team to maintain store standards and promote company events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct personnel and assist Store Management with in-store supervision.
• Provide leadership to all associates and deliver high level customer service.
• Greet and assist guests with merchandise selection and purchases.
• Monitor guest service levels and provide feedback as needed.
• Assist in inventory control, shipping/receiving, and annual inventory processes.
• Lead store opening and closing duties and training of associates.
• Coordinate regular staff training and promotions.
