Job summary

SAS Retail Services in Loveland, CO is seeking a Retail Merchandiser Team Lead to provide in-store merchandising support, build displays, and ensure shelves are rotated and stocked to maximize sales. You will help lead and train teammates, assist with scheduling, and onboarding new hires.

You will report to store leadership and use a smartphone/tablet to record shift activities, while maintaining a safety-first mindset in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Able to use a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to the work location.
• Adopts safety-first mindset in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers, building displays and end caps.
• Reset shelves with product rotation and monitor inventory to maximize sales.
• Assist leadership with reporting, scheduling and onboarding new hires.
