• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds routinely.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales in retail stores by assisting in daily operations.
• Answer merchandise questions and complete sales accurately.
• Greet donors and provide assistance and receipts.
• Open and close the store in the absence of management.
• Supervise and train staff in customer service practices.
