Job summary

Goodwill Southeast Georgia in Savannah, GA is seeking a Retail Team Leader to drive store performance through excellent customer service and leadership.

You will assist the Store Manager, supervise staff, handle cash and reports, and ensure a neat, welcoming shopping environment while meeting company policies. This full-time role requires flexibility, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Must demonstrate effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to relate to people across socioeconomic levels.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales by performing all duties of an associate and assisting leadership.
• Greet customers, provide assistance, and issue receipts.
• Maintain store appearance and stock according to procedures.
• Open/close the store as directed by management.
• Train and supervise staff to meet sales goals.
• Follow policies on charges, returns, exchanges, and payment acceptance.
• Handle customer complaints and assist with daily tasks and meetings.
