Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Las Vegas is seeking a Team Leader to guide department associates in merchandising, inventory control, pricing, stocking, and customer service. You will help schedule staff, participate in interviews, training, and performance reviews, and ensure a positive, productive work environment.

Responsibilities include executing merchandising directives, maintaining plan-o-grams, staffing with service-oriented associates, and coordinating special events.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years in Retail Sales
• Supervisory experience is a plus
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and percentages
• Proficiency with PC-based word processing, spreadsheets, and inventory management systems

Responsibilities

• Provide daily direction to department associates and staff schedules
• Maintain merchandising directives and plan-o-grams
• Staff the department with service-oriented associates and participate in interviews/training
• Assist in special events coordination and pricing/inventory controls
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues with leadership guidance
