Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide training and in-the-moment coaching to ensure associates engage customers and drive sales.
• Assist Store Manager in effective operation of the store and leadership of the team.
• Lead department merchandising, product presentation, and store cleanliness.
• Drive department sales through understanding customer needs and product knowledge.
