Job summary

Nike Factory Store in Locust Grove, GA is seeking a Retail Supervisor who leads a fast-paced, high-volume team. You’ll be the face of NIKE, guiding customers to the right products and delivering service that aligns with Nike's Service Principles.

This full-time role requires 18+ years, at least one year of retail or consumer service experience, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. You will learn the latest products, build displays, handle registers, and help create memorable

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs
• Use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood in our stores
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies
• Physical requirements include the ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations.
