Job summary

Nike Factory Pigeon Forge in Pigeon Forge, TN is seeking a Retail Supervisor (Specialist) to be the face of NIKE and lead a high-volume, fast-paced team focused on customer service. You’ll work with your team to guide customers and help them make the best decisions for their needs.

Responsibilities include leading by example, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, operating POS, stocking products, and maintaining displays. Training and product knowledge are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs.
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
• Use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood in our stores.
• Physical requirements include bending, squatting, reaching, climbing a ladder and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Be enthusiastic, excited, and knowledgeable about NIKE products to best support customer needs.
• Bring a positive attitude and passion to teammates and customers every day.
• Lead by example and deliver service in line with Nike’s Service Principles.
• Make customers feel welcome and exceed their expectations at every step.
• Operate a cash register, shipping/receiving duties, stocking products, and build visual displays.
